Return & Refund Policy

At Tagknot as well as Bhoomi Enterprises customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

 

Returns - You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. - To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

 

Non-returnable items include personal care products like cosmetics and custom-made dresses due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

 

  1. After your return request is verified, we will arrange a pickup.
  2. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
  4. Approved returns will receive a refund in the form of store credit or a gift card, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days.

 

Refunds - Refunds for returns will be processed as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders or back to the original payment method for prepaid orders, within 30 days of return receipt.

 

If your return does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to reject it.  Damaged or Incorrect Items - For any damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos to sales@tagknot.com.

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.  Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you need a different item, you can return your original purchase for store credit or a gift card and place a new order using the credit.
